Mobile Officers (Alarm Response and Keyholding) offer the ability to take away the stress from unsociable call outs, premises lockups & unlocks and a dynamic alternative to manned officers; also known as Static Officers.
Phil Green Security has a wide field of coverage starting from our base town of Hull and spreading out throughout East Yorkshire and the South Bank.
Following an activation of an alarm, CCTV or any other intruder detection system; PGS will deploy a mobile officer to the incident and carry out any actions needed. If the activation is confirmed* at the initial stage; the police will also be contacted.
Upon arrival, our mobile officers will carry out the agreed action plan as set during initial engagement of the contract. These services can be as simple as a patrol and report; through to more in-depth actions such as boarding up, deploying a static officer or even initializing the investigation process (detailed here). PGS will always ensure the security of our client’s site is returned to an acceptable level prior to leaving and all reports will be provided to our clients within 3hrs of completion of an activation. By providing a fast turnaround on the reporting; we are able to reduce our clients down times and also provide the necessary information required by insurers etc. within the next business day.
*A confirmed action is defined in the industry as more than one activated detection. Although this is varied depending on the systems installed; an example could be two separate zones on an intruder alarm activated. When there is more than one activation present, the chances of an intruder being present is greatly increased and would generally rule out a technical failure.
Not all of our clients have the need for a static security officer and often can be better served by mobile officers and patrols. Our mobile patrol officers carry out lock & unlock duties of premises on behalf of our clients and if required patrols.
Our mobile patrols are great for any client who may need the flexibility of a dynamic patrol plan; of which can include set time or ad-hock patrols and even a combination of both.
At PGS we will always respond to local and national crime information; meaning we can advise our clients of potential threats and adjust our service to minimise the risk. This dynamic approach has already helped some of our clients who were feeling an impact from antisocial behaviour.
By increasing patrol frequency at strategic times Phil green Security mobile patrol officers were able to discourage the behaviour and it had gone completely within a matter of days.
